Watercolour Weekend: Negative Painting & Realistic Paint Pouring

Join us for a two day watercolour workshop focusing on negative painting and paint pouring.  The paint pouring technique will result in a realistic picture rather than an abstract.

When: Saturday April 14 and Sunday April 15
Time: 9 - 4 each day with a 1 hour lunch break
Instructors: Judy Brown and Carolyn Kosabeck
Level:  Because there are two instructors we can welcome all levels of painters.
Supplies: All supplies for the course will be provided.   Some supplies will be available for purchase.
Cost: $130 (FFAC Members $110)

We encourage the students to use our supplies even if they have their own to ensure consistent results during the class.  Each paper and different paints give different results that require experimentation.  Come and learn the techniques with our supplies and experiment later with yours.  The price for the course will be the same whether the students use our supplies or theirs.

Each student will take home at least one finished painting. We will supply a matte and backboard.
